Event Fees
There is a minimum $500 fee per day for events with over 30 people. Depending on the requirements for your event, this fee could change. Please contact us to go over your event and how we can help make it special.
Capacity
Though events with more than 30 people are allowed, we are limited to 30 guests staying overnight in the home. See our sleeping arrangments page for detailed info on rooms and beds.
Cleaning Fees
Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning time is required for:
- Cleaning outside furniture, sport court and patio areas
- Garbage removal from the premise to allow for empty garbage cans for next guest
Parking
Parking on the street is strictly prohibited by the city. This may require a shuttle service.
Event Deposit
We require a $1500 deposit for events with over 30 people. We also want to maintain a good relationship with the neighbors of Mollie's Landing. To ensure events all events at Mollie's Landing follow city noise ordinance and parkging guidelines, any events violating these guidelines that result in a domestic disturbance complaint or citation will be fined up to $2000.
